How to book an interpreter?
-
1. Enter booking details and confirm your request
Main details are language, date, time, location, the domain and subject of the session. Our algorithms then assign the qualified interpreter for your need.
-
2. Interpreter conducts the session in-person, by video or telephone
The session takes place between the allophone person, the professional (e.g. from health, social, education or justice sectors) and the community interpreter.
-
3. Customer invoicing and payment of interpreter salaries
The duration of the session is validated, the customer is billed for the session and the interpreter gets their salary paid, including all necessary social insurances.
